Nymph fishing flies opens a world of fly patterns. Pheasant tail nymphs, copper nymphs to name just a few. The larvae stage of a fly is a big part of a trouts diet, and it is the nymph variants that represent this stage of the midge. Nymphs are often fished as a team of 3 or 4 on a floating line. Depending on the level at which the trout are feeding a cast of four flies is sure to come across them. Takes are often savage too !
