Payment

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments (minimum order £5).
Payment by Paypal is Accepted.
Goods paid for by cheque will be despatched on the clearance of the cheque.

Cards we accept:
MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro.
Order Notes:
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Great Britain Pound Sterling.
We can not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, FlashAttackFlies  reserves the right to decline orders.

Delivery

Normally orders received before 12pm are posted on the same day. At the busiest times of the year this may not be possible, but then orders will usually be posted within 48 hours. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on the next working day, then despatched.

Flashattack flies cannot be held responsible for non delivery of goods once posted.

Note: Special delivery for urgent UK based orders can be requested, however an extra charge of £4.75 will apply to all orders.

Delivery Charges:
Postage and packing for UK orders is £1.25
Postage and packing for orders from Europe (EU) £2.75
Postage and packing for orders from Europe (non - EU) £2.75
Postage and packing for rest of the world £5.00

Returns Policy & Guarantee:
All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
If within 7 days of purchase you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase Flashattack flies will accept any returned goods in a non used state.

Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
